Kochi Tuskers Kerala played a single season in 2011, and Pune Warriors India played from 2011 to 2013. Three teams have also changed name: Delhi Daredevils became Delhi Capitals in 2019, Kings XI Punjab became Punjab Kings in 2021, and Royal Challengers Bangalore became Royal Challengers Bengaluru in 2024.
