Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a shirt from us that you wish to exchange either due to sizing or there is a problem with the shirt/order please get in touch with us by email info@mysterycricket.com or via the contact form on the website and we will resolve this directly with you. Please monitor your junk folder for responses just in case our reply drops in there.

As we source our shirts from all over the world the sizing does vary from shirt to shirt and although we do our best to match them accordingly, if you find that the sizing is incorrect we are happy to swap it for you – just contact us by email info@mysterycricket.com or via the contact form on the website.

We would always hope to resolve any issues by exchanging the shirt however if there is a specific reason you require a refund please contact us by email info@mysterycricket.com or via the contact form on the website.
